REGINA LACEY, OWNER Regina Lacey is the proud owner of Total Experience Hair Salon in San Diego, California. Located in the SDSU college area since 1994. She comes from Los Angeles California, where she was born and raised. Regina is the third generation of hair care professionals and also attended K. Brown Beauty School in Hollywood, California and was license in 1982. She trained under the best stylist and innovators in black hair care. Regina co-owned a salon and beauty supply in Los Angeles with her mother for over 9 years before she relocated to San Diego, California to expand her profession and raise her 2 boys. She established her own business over 16 years ago specializing in healthy hair care. Her ability to repair and restore the most damaged of hair, has given her a reputation of professional skills and individual care.
